Aspirin-free ibuprofen in 200mg is safe for most adults; 20 pills is NOT.
delivery of lidocaine via a patch for me (a very normal otc delivery) is Not Good. It absorbs differently, the dose is higher (bc faster) on me, etc. Lidocaine via IV for me is apparently OK though, since a team monitors delivery on a timer and watches my vitals when I’m on it.

you don’t KNOW that those nice fertilizers run off into your local groundwater, poisoning all of you. you don’t know about e. coli in the manure required to grow those edible plants. you don’t know that the *quantities* of yes, ORGANIC pesticides, like copper sulphate, are actually very harmful when you have enough to plant a back yard full of food.
all that stuff you didn’t need when it was mostly grasses and flowers, especially stuff that just *grows* in your area (not like, sod, or whatever.)
